a whole new life experience

Ive been in the midst of a big, big blitz, birthing my new raw, organic, naturally fermented non dairy kefir beverage into the commercial marketplace. Kefira. Your going to hear alot more about Kefira in the coming months, for now, I want to ease into the flow of the entire Earthsong Kefira start up journey. All along I had a desire to write more, and think less, yet getting out of my head and onto the keyboard was unthinkable when Ive spent most of my waking hours since I finished formulating the 3 flavors we are going to market with, doing computer work. For months I was in the test kitchen for hours and hours each and every day, then, then, when the formulas were ready to roll, a whole new layer of deep work kicked in. I learned why start ups are called start ups.  Every day I wake up and start it up all over again!

Theres no time for stories or games right now, I do prioritize one thing I cant get through this blitz without, aside from my incredible husband Rhythm Earthsong that is, and thats, fresh, raw organic green juice! In all honestly, Kefira Living Greens comes super close, yet to my life long green loving body, green juice is the fuel that provides with the immense energy Im burning through each day. I use it the way others use coffee I guess.

Having a start up company has been, and continues to be awonderfully intense, deeply profound learning experience for me. Every single day theres a whole lots shaking going on, day after day, intensly since June 1, and for a few months prior.

Use organic produce whenever juicing.

1 bunch celery, 1 bunch parsley, 1 bunch lacinato kale, 1/2 inch fresh ginger

wash produce, push through Green Star, jar up, drink on the run, slightly diluted with pure water whenever you pour a glass!
