Tahini Miso Spread or Dip

Ingredients
½ C raw Tahini
3 T light miso
1 T sea vegetable powder, choose from dulse or sea lettuce flakes
¼-1/2 C water
Shake or two of cayenne powder
1 tsp nama shoyu (optional)

Place Tahini in a small bowl, stir in 1 T of water, add the miso, and slowly add the rest of the water while stirring. When creamy add the sea vegetable flakes. Add more water if desired for a looser consistency, creating a dip, rather than a spread.
