Rich Hemp Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1½ C fresh hemp milk, made from blending ¼ C of hemp seeds with 2-3 of pure water
1½ C frozen berries, your choice. We like them all: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, mulberries, blackberries
1 large piece of seasonal fruit, cut into chunks; apple, peach, nectarine,
or the meat from a fresh young coconut
1 frozen banana
or
½ C frozen mango, pineapple, or papaya chunks

Super Food Enhancements:
Add the following to further nutritionally boost your hemp smoothie.
1 scoop protein powderof choice
1 spoon green food supplement (choose from Chlorella, Spirulina, Blue Green Algae, Vita Mineral Green or Pure Synergy)
1 T hemp seed oil

Directions:
Combine all ingredients with the exception of the super food enhancements. Blend well, add enhancements, blend a few more seconds, pour into a large glass and enjoy.
