Returns

Pre-Approval Return Policy:

Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.

Return Policy for Appliances (Juicers, Distillers, Dehydrators, Etc.):

Items in new condition with the original warranty, 10% restocking fee. Items in new condition without warranty, 15% restocking fee. Items in used condition with the original warranty, 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy for All Other Products (Supplements, Superfoods, Etc.):

Any NON-PERISHABLE item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued to your charge card, store credit, or exchange.

Shipping and Handling

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

USA Orders:

Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, please let us know. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that may state "Free shipping to the 48 USA states" do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Canada Orders:

We no longer offer Canada Standard Shipping due to the high brokerage fees. Canada Express Shipping gets your package delivered sooner and brokerage fees are lower than Standard Shipping.

International Orders:

Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. FullChakra is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Recycled Packaging

In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.
