The Perfect Snack

I was working with a client in the afternoon, and as the time passed I felt her energy was starting to fade. She was getting low blood, and needed a snack. Every few hours we need fuel to function well. When I create food plans for clients they get customized snack suggestions to go with their daily food plan, some of these snacks are universally great for everyone, others way more specific based on unique metabolic needs.
One of my favorite versatile snacks that seems to work for everyone, if you like Nori, is this easy to make wrap, what I call the perfect snack!
1 sheet raw or toasted Nori
1 large piece of washed and dried lettuce
¼-1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
Handful of fresh sprouts
Sea salt to taste
Sprinkle of sea lettuce, dulse, or sesame seeds

Lay down the Nori sheet, shiny side down, put lettuce on top, and lay on the avocado, sprinkle with sea salt. Top with sprouts, and extra sea veggie sprinkle or sesame seeds.
Roll, eat! Great for the thyroid, easy to digest, its just as I said, the perfect snack!
