Papaya & Avocado Salad

A beautiful salad especially when made with organic ingredients!
Ingredients
2 avocados, peeled, halved, and pitted
2 papayas, peeled, halved, and seeded
1 lime, zested and juiced
½ tsp sea salt
¼ C extra virgin olive oil

Optional
1 dollop fresh cashew cream or whole milk goat yogurt

Directions
Slice the avocados and papyas lengthwise into ½-inch thick pieces. Arrange overlapping slices on a serving platter (on lettuce, if desired), alternating slices of avocado and papaya.

Sprinkle the avocado and papaya with the olive oil and sea salt, and lime zest, squirt with lime. Serve and enjoy.
