"Living Fully" Consultations with Chakra Earthsong

Chakra has coached hundreds of satisfied lifestyle, wellness, and holistic nutrition clients over the last two decades. She offers hands-on classes in the kitchen, and private and group settings. Her custom-tailored food plans are individual programs unique to each person. Personalized food plans are designed to suit the distinctive preferences, needs, challenges, goals and circumstances of each client.

Food plans, rather than diet plans, address the whole person and embrace all aspects of body, mind, spirit and emotion. Current and past health issues are fully taken into account.

Fees and details: All clients screened prior to consultation during a 10 minute introductory phone call. Initial in person or phone consultations are approximatly 2 hours long: $300.00. Hourly rate, post initial session is $150.00 per hour in person, or $200.00 an hour via phone.  Established clients may schedule phone consults on the quarter hour.
