The time has come to launch this site and blog. Its’s a strange phenomenom yet sometimes I put off doing what I really want to do, and in this case I have been putting off sharing for the greater good , yet postpone this moment I did. So let me share a quick recipe to start, with a promise of many more to come. Use Organic Fruit whenever possible, eat nutrient rich food free of chemicals and pesticides whenever possible. 2-3 crisp apple, sliced and diced Arrange fruit in a medium sized bowl, sprinkle whey protein over fruit, stir in 2 T pure water to moisten, tossing gently until you have light whey dressing over the fruit. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and flax meal. Enjoy this simple meal anytime of the day!
Oh! one more quickie, todays green juice was a combination of romaine lettuce, parsley, kale, celery and ginger, which was simply divine.......drinking this juice feels like mainlining vibrant earth energy and love directly into my body. I use a Green Star Juicer, its well worth the effort!
