1. Choose a base or combination of celery, cucumber and/or romaine lettuce. 2. Add to your green juice 1-2 of the following: 1 large handful of parsley, cilantro spinach, chard, kale, collards, dandelion, beet greens or anything dark leafy and of course green. 3. An apple or two, or a few carrots if desired. Add just enough sweet to make it easy to drink if the taste of deep mineral juices does not appeal to everyone. |
