The Green Smoothie Queen Meal Replacement

Green smoothies are one of the best answers to a quick alkalinizing meal replacement and for those Candida cleansers; it is the perfect go to food. 6 Romaine lettuce leafs, washed
¼-½ ripe avocado, peeled
2 whole celery stalks, washed
1 handful leaves and stems of parsley or cilantro, washed
½ lemon or lime juice
1 T hemp oil
½ inch fresh ginger root (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
2-3 C pure water
Optional: Living Fuel Protein, Raw Whey Protein, Superfood powder
 
Blend celery and parsley or cilantro; add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
