Fresh Fruit Salad

Raw, fresh and delicious, this nutritious breakfast salad provides vitamins, minerals and fiber. It contains anti-oxidant rich blueberries, and other luscious fruits, healthy nuts, and warming, fragrant, ultra-metabolism boosting cinnamon.

Ingredients:
1 C organic blueberries
1 lg. unpeeled, chopped organic apple
½ C sunflower seeds, soaked 3 or more hours
½ C raisins
¼ C almonds, soaked at least 10 hours
1 sliced banana
2 T raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 T hemp seeds

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients except for the hemp seeds, mix lightly to blend. Serve with hemp seeds sprinkled on top.
Makes 4 servings.
