Our freeze dried jackfruit have all been tested for artificial chemicals and sprays, all have none such residuals. In Thailand, "certified organic" jackfruits is nearly non-existence. The fruits we selected are traditional cultivated, simply the best (if not better than "organic").

CGF uses Shock Freeze Air Blast system to freeze durian meat and dry it by using VACUUM freeze-drying machine to preserve its original taste, shape and nutrients (more details as follow). We deal only with first class and chemical free plantations. Our freeze-dried fruits are 100% nature fruits, meet with best RAW-food Quality, totally free from artificial chemicals. Freeze Dried Fruits are produced in a process where moisture is removed from the frozen product using a very low temperature and a vacuum. Only about 3% moisture remains in the product at the time of packaging. The end product weight is reduced by over 90%, while the volume stays the same. This remarkable process concentrates the fresh product taste, natural color, and texture of fresh product in its freeze dried state.
