Forever I Shall Be Feed Green Smoothie

Use organic ingredients, improvise, and drink thy meal.....

1 piece or 1 C worth of whole seasonal fruit, or 1 freshly cut apple
1 C berries, fresh or frozen
2 frozen banana's
1 C spinach
1/2 C parsely
6-10 romaine lettuce leafs
1 C peeled brocolli stems, cucumber chunks, or torn Kale, or Chard leaves, use what you have on hand
2 scoops protein powder (see me)
1 T hemp or coconut oil or butter

Blend with a combo of h20 and coconut, almond or other nut or seed milk
taste, adjust either adding more fruit or greens to balance.
