Our FullChakra cleanse is for women and men, young and old alike, just as long as you are relatively healthy and are ready to cleanse. The plan is simple: Eat only fruits and vegetables for dinner tonight and for all of your meals the next day, and breakfast the following morning. Next, drink 12 glasses of freshly made vegetable juice, along with pure water and herb tea. Enjoy one cleanse friendly smoothie each day. Repeat this for up to 7 days.

Do not consume any alcohol, fats or oils, including olive or coconut oil, any dairy products, flour or flour based products of any kind, nuts, seeds, starchy vegetables such as potatoes, peas, winter squash, or yams, and avoid all animal protein, eggs, and soy protein.

What makes this cleanse easy is that you can eat as much fresh organic produce as you can chew. Chewing is the first essential step in healthy digestion and you can chew as much as you want, as you enjoy huge salads and large servings of raw or freshly steamed vegetables. Snack on apples or other seasonal produce, using as much fresh organic produce as possible.

Questions and Answers
Q: Can I stay on this cleanse for more than a day?
A: Absolutely. If you made the following additions, you could do this cleanse for weeks. For longer than a month, consider adding small amounts (4-6 oz.) of quality organic protein twice a day, and add up to 2 T more of health-enhancing oils, such as hemp or coconut oil daily. Use the extra oil on your veggies or salads and rotate your selection between extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut and hemp seed oil. The addition of small quantities (a handful) of soaked nuts and seeds, and small quantity of whole cooked grain, such as quinoa works well for some. Tune into your energy and hunger levels to determine if you are eating enough quality fruits, vegetables and protein. Let your alternative health care practitioner know of your plans.

Q: I have been doing the easy cleanse for one week and feel the best I’ve felt in years! However, since day 3 my stools are loose.
A: Loose stools are probably due to the high quantity of fresh organic fruits and vegetables in your diet, which are detoxifying your intestines. Try adding some more fiber to your diet, which will act as a bulking agent, and slow the loose stools down. Use more ground flax, or increase the amount of Intestinal Drawing Formula.

Q: I really like how I feel while on this cleanse, now I am afraid of getting back into my old patterns when I come off it. What should I do?
A: You need to make a decision, in order to sustain this experience you have to make some permanent changes, there is no way around it. Cleansing is a lifestyle choice that offers more benefits than challenges. Make the commitment, so you can fully benefit from your efforts, and keep going from here. You can do it, get online, get support from others doing the same type of thing you are, reach out, take a stand and be strong!

Q: How can I get my partner to join me? They are used to eating heavy cooked foods, like steak and potatoes for dinner.
A: First ask if they will try eating this way. If so, have them begin by shrinking the size of their typical meal, eating a small piece of wild caught fish, or a 4-6 oz. organic, pasture-raised piece of bison meat instead of the usual steak. Eat with a generous serving of steamed vegetables and a large salad. After a day or two, begin eating lighter meals, such as steamed vegetables, vegetable soups, smoothies and salads. Add high protein Quinoa, rather than animal protein, and ask if they keep going this way.

Q: I really liked how this cleanse made me feel. It was so easy and I want to continue. How much protein do I need and what type do you suggest?
A: Our suggestions regarding protein quantities are as follows:
Eat lots of vegetables, soaked nuts, seeds, and sea vegetables and drink green juice. There is plenty of protein available from these foods alone. A general guideline for eating denser style proteins, including wild caught smaller sized fish, bison, new Zealand or Australian lamb or organic turkey, which are the recommended proteins from the animal kingdom
• Eat approximately 2-6 oz. of quality protein twice a day.
• Eat a diverse selection of protein: choosing from organic raw, vegan or vegetarian foods such as soaked and properly cooked legumes and beans, which include tempeh,  dark leafy greens, sea vegetables, plant algae, soaked nuts and seeds and on rare occasion, tofu. If not vegetarian, choose from grass-fed bison, New Zealand lamb, organic poultry, wild-caught fish, organic, free-range eggs, raw or un-pasteurized, organic dairy products. This wide range of quality organic protein provides an excellent nutritional base, encourages experimentation, and keeps food allergies to a minimum, assuming you frequently rotate selections.

Q: Now I am ready to do a deeper cleanse, and want to try Colon Therapy. What do you suggest?
A: Go to the Colon Cleanse; read through the entire cleanse, and decide if you are ready. If so, carve out the time in your schedule. Then, find a local colon therapist and schedule several appointments.

Q: How do I know if this cleanse is making a difference or not?
A: You don’t other than by how you feel during the cleanse and after it is over. A day is not really enough to discover more than a feeling of lightness by many. If you feel better, it’s worth it. If you feel sluggish from one day of cleansing, it’s likely you need to cleanse more. Consider a 3-7 day cleanse, and include enemas and colon hydrotherapy.
