Buckwheat Granola

Ingredients:
6 C buckwheat soaked sprouted
1 C walnuts, soaked 2-6 hours, drained & rinsed
1 C raisins, soaked or unsoaked
¼ C goji berries (optional)
1 T lemon juice
3 T cinnamon

Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Toss the mixture. Enjoy a serving fresh, before dehydrating for a soft sweet meal. Spread remaining mixture onto an unlined dehydrator screen. Dry at 145 for 3 hours, and then lower to 115 for 6-12 hours, depending on desired crunchiness.
Served with nut milk of choice, today we will enjoy a bowlful with freshly made almond milk.
