Bluest Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 C fresh nut or seed milk, or a handful of soaked nuts or seeds
1½ C frozen fruit or berries, your choice. Choose from peaches, apricots, pineapple, mango, papaya, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, mulberries or blackberries
1 frozen banana
Or
½ C frozen mango, pineapple, or papaya chunks
1 large piece of seasonal fruit, cut into chunks; apple, peach, nectarine, or the meat from a fresh young coconut

Enhancements:
Add the following to further boost smoothie nutritionally.
1 scoop protein powder of choice. Choose from Rice, raw Whey, Living Fuel, or hemp Protein Powder.
1 spoon green food supplement. Choose from chlorella, spirulina, blue green algae or your favorite blend. I like Vita Mineral Green or Pure Synergy, and stock them both. If you cannot tolerate green powders, omit and try adding a handful of fresh parsley, lettuce or kale into your smoothie.

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients with the exception of the enhancements. Blend well, add enhancements, blend a few more seconds, pour into a large glass and enjoy.
