As the season warms, you might find yourself attracted to lighter breakfasts, and smoothies offer a delightfully creamy solution, if you can turn your blend into more than just a sweet treat. There are as many ways to make a smoothie as their are blenders in the world, and I figured I had about 1000 such recipes, so I'm gathering them into my Green Smoothie Queen book; until its done I will continue to offer great smoothie recipes. I designed this one for a young women just beginning to heal her gut and digestive stress. Her symptoms are similar to what is classified as IBS, and food allergies, but really stem from a combination of parasites and Candida.
