Best Salad Dressing EVER

The perfect alchemy of flavors made this dressing a hit on Oscar night - friends gathered and enjoyed the show over a HUGE raw salad at our home

3/4 C purified h2o

1/2 C Olive Oil

1/4 C lemon juice

1 red pepper, de-seeded

2 T dijon mustard

2 cloves raw garlic

Toss in blender, buzz until smooth.

Add:

1/2 bunch washed, cilantro, 1/2 bunch washed parsley

Blend lightly so greens are ground though not fully pureed.

Toss on any great green salad, enjoy, Chakra
